Pam Minor and PIO! Songs Editor Val Smalkin started off as Val and Pam KinderSingers in 1987. By the year 2004, when Val’s knee gave out completely, Val was happy to have Pam continue on by herself as Pam, the Kindersinger. This song by Pam is one of Val’s favorites. When Pam performs it, all the children and adults echo with glee. The idea of “no one like me, you, or us” has been done before, but Pam makes it a special sing-along, using jaunty tags like “no one in this great big world will ever be / exactly like one of a kind, little old me.”
