Playlists for Fall 2023

Guest curator Debbie Wiedeman, early literacy coordinator at the public library in Morton Grove, Illinois, brings us two fall playlists devoted to songs about reading. From learning the alphabet to setting out on fabulous adventures through new worlds, these songs explore the countless gifts that children can find in the pages of a book. Listen and enjoy with readers of any age!

And when you’re done, cuddle up with a book about reading from the list Debbie provides below, or one from Liz Benjamin’s Read and Sing: An Annotated, Recommended Booklist in this issue.
