Liz Buchanan

Liz Buchanan is a musician, writer, children’s performer and educator in the Boston area. Her four CDs for children have received accolades from Parents’ Choice, Creative Child Magazine and School Library Journal. She has two decades’ experience teaching music to young children and is a performer with Young Audiences of Massachusetts. She’s led many teacher workshops and college classes.

Liz holds a BA from Duke University, an MFA in writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts, and a Master’s in Education from Lesley University, where she researched the links between music and early literacy development. Check out her blog at www.antelopedance.com.
